Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the dashboard at any time and your subscription stops at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months, but we honour the period you have already paid for.
What happens when I exceed my plan limits?
The bot keeps answering up to a soft 10% buffer over your monthly message cap, then politely asks visitors to come back later while we email you to upgrade. Crawl-page and bot-count limits are hard caps that block new bots until you upgrade.
Is white-labelling included on every plan?
Standard branding (your logo and colours, MimicBot footer kept) is included on Free, Starter, and Pro. Full white-label — strip all "powered by MimicBot" branding and serve the widget under your own subdomain — is on Pro and Agency.
Where is my data stored and who owns it?
Crawled pages and chat transcripts are stored in EU-region Supabase Postgres with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. You own all your content; we never sell or rent data, and you can request a full export or deletion any time at [email protected].
Which integrations ship today?
Out of the box: Cal.com and Calendly for booking, generic webhook actions for any CRM, native form-replay for any HTML form, and a JSON API for custom flows. Agency plan adds priority support for connecting custom CRMs and helpdesks.
